Renaissance Festival has begun, a bit less eventful than last years. Loki Season 2 is in full swing and just as good as ever. Shoky watched Meg 2 The Trench which was terrible. NOW YOU MADE IT AWKWARD Ep67: ”Padawan My Ass!”

This week we are back with progress on my medical issues, turns out its more about my back and neck than I would've thought. A great big hurricane was on the way (has since passed through) Florida. The #ashoka  show, after just 2 episodes seems like it's already in trouble with fans who can't seems to grasp simple ideas like: characters grow older and can change.Also Power Rangers was celebrating its 30th Anniversary and yet Hasbro didn't see fit to put out anything special for the day. Good job Hasbro.
Rikki also just got back from a weekend trip to New Jersey to check out #BOTCON and fills us in on all the fun we missed.

NOW YOU MADE IT AWKWARD Ep66: ”The Time of Heroes Is Over”

So this week I discuss an ongoing heath problem that has been getting worse and my doctors couldn't quite figure out. I watched a good and then a really bad horror movie which leads to Rikki making a terrible life decision against advice. 
I started watching The Righteous Gemstones and What We Do In The Shadows, both good shows with some gripes. Also for some reason Taika Waititi is coming back to do Thor 5. NO. JUST NO.
We finally get to discuss Marvel's Secret Invasion and just what the hell went wrong with that show. Also let us know in the comments if you think that Marvel was setting up Captain Marvel to be the center of the next chunk of the MCU. 
In other superhero news DC's Blue Beetle was a massive flop on it's opening weekend. Are people just done with Super Heroes or is it just bad timing on DC's part? 
We also get into the nitty gritty of the now CG Production studio strike piggy backing on the other 2 major Hollywood strikes leading to a discussion on how much money is your suffering worth?

This week we come back with a listener centric show. Long time write in listener Jay (Jan Goza) kept us informed of his mother's health problems until she sadly passed away this weekend. So in honor of that we go through a long email of questions and topics from him.

This week we have 2 old, but familiar voices return: Rikki and Rusty. Back from....wherever they've been for weeks. So I guess we better find out where they've been! Also the new IKEA Detolf replacement has been kind of a disappointment. Have you ever wondered how many movies never made it to any other type of media and just disappeared in to history? And the rarest Lord of the Rings Magic the Gathering playing card was found in Canada and Post Malone bought it for an obscene amount of money. Also there are "adult" LEGO collectors out there. Why?
